I picked the girls up from running camp last night so they could run in the Pratts Frog Level 5K today. When we left home it was coming a flood. The race was delayed a few minutes until the lighting stopped. Emilee & Ashley came in 1st in their age divisions.

Congrats to the girls!! Looks like they are getting good really quickly. They are skinny enough all ready...you'll have to feed them lots more or they will shrivel up!!!
Way to go, girls. I am Julie McAfee and I was at running camp with you. It was good to get to know you a little better. I have lots of pictures from running camp that I can forward to you if you will send me your email address.
I have really learned to love running. I'm looking forward to trying a new race soon. Running camp sounds like a lot of fun. Congratulate your girls for me. My 5K time was 31 minutes I think. Your girls have given me a new goal to try for. : )
